Anodizing Terms

It is generally recognized that even after employing all the science known to our industry and using very capable people with years of training, there still remain variables in the anodizing and metal finishing fields. Therefore, in order to avoid misunderstandings, Adrenaline Paintball, LLC has implemented certain rules regarding our paintball guns, all of which are custom anodized.

We warrant that our anodizing and finishing shall be free from defect in material or workmanship. If you specify custom patterns, colors, methods or procedures to be followed, we will assume no responsibility for the correctness of the same or the result of our efforts trying (and we will try our very best) to follow such instructions. The warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are hereby expressly made nonapplicable.

Furthermore, while we try our best to represent anodizing colors, patterns, shapes and finishes through photographs and descriptions on our website, it is nearly impossible for these efforts to be exact representations of the final product you will receive. Your finished product may vary slightly in color, pattern, finish or otherwise from those shown in photographs on our website or elsewhere. 

Lasering Terms

If you order lasering services from Adrenaline Paintball, LLC ("Adrenaline") you are requesting we permanently laser engrave your item. All lasering services performed by Adrenaline are subject to these Lasering Terms.

Artwork & Designs:  By submitting or requesting an artwork, logo, text or photograph for use in a laser engraving service you certify that you have the right to use the artwork, logo or photographs in your files. You agree not to supply us with any items that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability or any material that could infringe upon the privacy, publicity, copyrights or other intellectual property rights without the permission of the owner of these rights. You accept full legal liability for the content of material processed and printed on your behalf and pursuant to your instructions.

Refunds:  All sales are final. Please review your order carefully. As stated above, lasering is permanent. Because we laser the item to your specifications, the order cannot be changed, modified or canceled once your order has been placed.

Warranty:  Adrenaline's liability is limited to errors on our part in performing the lasering service. We are not liable for the cost of the customer supplied products but will remedy any errors on our part (such as spelling errors) through further lasering or, if needed, re-anodizing and lasering. We must be notified within 24 hours from delivery of any error. Any other warranties express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby expressly made nonapplicable. You are solely responsible for image and location approval and the resulting appearance on your product.

Liability for Errors:  Adrenaline is not liable for errors committed by you during the course of lasering your product. These errors include, but are not limited to, the following: misspelling, grammar, punctuation, image choice or image resolution. If your marker is already scratched, lasering may help conceal the appearance of the scratch but we are unable to alter the scratch itself through lasering. Furthermore, certain materials will not accept lasering and may appear "skipped" on your product. As stated above, there are many variables in the anodizing and metal finishing fields and certain parts of your product may be anodized differently or may be the same anodizing on different aluminum grades. We are not liable for any variances in how the lasering takes to your product. Finally, while we will try our best to represent your artwork, patterns, shapes and shades provided by you or on our website, it is nearly impossible for these efforts to be exact representations of the final product you will receive. Your finished product may vary slightly in shade, pattern, finish or otherwise from those shown in your artwork, on our website or elsewhere.

Lead Times:  Lead times are estimates and we make every attempt to ship within the time specified. If a lead time is not specified, the product is expected to ship within 10 days.

Cleaning and Disassembly:  You must clean your product before shipping it to Adrenaline for lasering. If you did not add the Disassembly & Reassembly option to your order you must fully prepare your product before shipping it to us. Preparation includes full disassembly of non-aluminum parts, removing sensitive electronics such as solenoids, screens of boards, gauges, etc. If you ordered the Disassembly & Reassembly service we will handle all preparation for you.

Shipping:  If Adrenaline is lasering your "send-in" product we recommend that you: (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all shipments and (2) either insure your package for safe shipment to Adrenaline or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. You are responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
